              Windows has its own startup disable tool to stop the startup programs.
1.Go to start->type run in the search

To Solve a mind trick click here

2.Click Run -> Type msconfig

3.Click OK, (if it shows any warning sign ignore that and click OK)

4.In the system configuration window Go to Startup

               You Will see a list of programs with check mark in front of them like the image above, Some of the programs are drivers for graphics, anti virus, touch pad (for laptop), sound effects, wifi, bluetooth etc..., if any other programs are running like torrent, utility software etc...uncheck those you didn't want to run during windows startup

5.After that click ok and the following windows will open to ask permission for restart the window.

                After restarting the windows, you can see the running programs in the Taskbar, If some of the programs are running, Do the steps again to disable them.
Thank You...
